The deal saw 22,571 sq ft of office space in Swindon taken by Regus, with Daniel Smethurst jointly appointed alongside Chris Grazier of Hartnell Taylor Cook.
Acting on behalf of Ingliss Howie, the property has now become a new Regus business centre in Swindon, opened by IWG in conjunction with the landlord.
