Smethurst Property Consultants named as a CoStar Quarterly Deals Winner for Q2 2026
Great to have been named a CoStar Quarterly Deals Winner for Q2 2026, recognised for an office deal in Swindon.
The deal saw 22,571 sq ft leased to Regus, with Daniel Smethurst jointly appointed alongside Chris Grazier of Hartnell Taylor Cook. Acting on behalf of clients Ingliss Howie, on the disposal of the building to IWG, which has since opened a new Regus centre in conjunction with the landlord.
