Smethurst Property Consultants acquires 36,000 sq ft Office building in Swindon

On behalf of private clients, Smethurst Property Consultants are delighted to have completed the acquisition of Kingsbridge Point in Swindon.

The building was previously occupied by Nationwide Building Society and comprises of a ground and three upper floors totalling 32,117 sq ft. Below the building is secure basement parking for up to 39 cars and 20 bicycles.
