Land Acquisition
Lydiard Fields received planning consent for 146,000 sq ft of new offices of which 104,000 sq ft has been developed in two phases.
This latest land acquisition is part of a major corporate occupiers programme of expansion.
The site not only has planning consent for a further 35,000 sq ft of Grade A offices but also provides much needed car parking which has hampered expansion plans in the past.
