Acting on behalf of private clients Smethurst Commercial Property Consultants have concluded the pre-let of 2,500 sq ft to Flying Changes who have relocated from Swindon.

Our client has refurbished both the Ground Floor and First Floor suites at Chandlers House and has created some fantastic space for the Cirencester office market. The offices have been refurbished to a high quality and our client has also made a significant investment in the building by installing Solar Power to the roof.
