Smethurst Property Consultants Acquire High-Quality Office Space in Bristol

Smethurst Commercial Property Consultants are delighted to announce the successful acquisition of Units 3 and 4 at Cube Business Park, Bristol, on behalf of private clients.

The property comprises two interconnected modern office buildings, offering high-specification accommodation across a combined total of 6,136 sq ft. The purchase follows our client’s expansion, having outgrown their current facility. With a requirement to secure a high-quality office building within a tight timeframe, the acquisition was completed both on schedule and within budget. The new premises will provide the space and flexibility required to support our client’s ongoing growth and future occupational needs.
