Full House at Interface Business Park, Royal Wootton Bassett as SPC disposes of Unit 13

Despite lockdown, it’s been a surprisingly encouraging start to 2021. Following on from the success of letting Unit 12 Interface Business Park earlier in the year Smethurst Property Consultants have just concluded the letting of Unit 13 which completes the re-letting of our client’s interests on the estate. This 4,500 sq ft self-contained office building was let to Cotswold Surgical who have taken a new 15-year lease and will be extensively refurbishing the building. A great result for our client in these trying times and a great location/building for our tenant.
